How long do my credits stay active?
The credits that you buy will only expire in 12 months from the purchase date.
How do I purchase credits?
You can purchase credits by logging into Mobilla and clicking the “reload credit” button on the dashboard page. Once on the payments page, click the ”PayPal Recharge” or “CC recharge” buttons. Follow the simple instructions and you’re good to go.
How long does it take to deliver messages?
Messages are delivered within seconds typically to either domestic or international destinations. We are interconnected with some of the largest SMS carriers in the world in order to ensure all the messages are delivered in a timely manner.
Do you support replies to SMS’s that are sent out?
Yes! In fact, our service allows you to have 1-on-1 conversations with your subscribers.
Do you support shortcodes?
Not at the moment. If we receive enough requests, we may add it in the future but at this time it’s not a priority.
Can I add subscribers manually?
No, your contact’s must opt-into your subscriber lists from their mobile phones in order for them to be added into our system.
Can I import my subscribers?
If you are migrating to us from another provider and already have an opted-in subscriber base, we can help you import your subscribers into Mobilla. Please send a request to support [at] getmobilla.com
Can I send text messages internationally?
Yes, you can send text messages to most countries and providers around the world at a per message rate. Please contact us for the latest rates.
What languages can I send text messages in?
You can send any language which uses the Latin alphabet such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Icelandic.
